    Position Overview

    The purpose of this position is to drive and support the talent acquisition needs of the organization through acquiring current market intelligence and the use of innovative recruitment techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates. This position will partner with, and provide guidance to, colleagues and hiring managers throughout the process of talent acquisition.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Consult hiring managers on hiring and staffing methods and decisions
    • Negotiate compensation and other relevant employment details with candidates and hiring managers
    • Manage applicants, positions and reports through the use of an applicant tracking system and other reporting tools
    • Screen employment applications/resumes and conduct initial interviews
    • Set up interviews for qualified candidates with appropriate hiring managers; create interview agendas and schedule travel arrangements, as necessary.
    • Build professional relationships with passive and active candidates while aiding as a career coach to optimize the overall candidate experience
    • Meet or exceed department metrics as it relates to time-to-fill, retention, etc….
    • Manage full-life cycle recruitment process of qualified candidates for assigned requisitions
    • Conduct industry and market research and ongoing recruitment activities to identify and attract qualified candidates for clinical, non-clinical and executive positions, utilizing the following recruitment resources and techniques:
      • Manage the networking process between appropriate associates and potential candidates to maximize success.
      • Develop a network with people inside and outside the industry
      • Solicit candidates utilizing employment advertisements, social and business networking sites, internal and external position postings, relevant websites, cold calling, and any other appropriate resources as necessary

    Other Job Functions

    • Attend career fairs and conferences
    • Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required
    • Travel as required
    • Perform additional duties as assigned
    • Ability to work off-hours and when required

    Basic Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED, required
    • 7+ years full-cycle talent acquisition experience, required
    • 3+ years talent acquisition experience within the healthcare industry, required
    • Previous experience with applicant tracking systems, required
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), required
    • Position requires fluency in English; written and oral communication
